Joseph Caldwell
President / CEO
Born in Glenwood, Illinois, Joseph was raised in Tailo-Rite, his family's iconic South Side Chicago business, celebrating 70 years of service in 2026. Surrounded by his father's legacy and influential community leaders, he learned the values of excellence, integrity, and leadership early.

Sherri Parker
Executive Director
Sherri K. Parker is a faith-driven leader, community advocate, and emerging IT professional with many years of experience serving individuals, families, and communities through ministry, volunteer engagement, and program coordination. She is passionate about connecting people with resources, opportunities, and supportive relationships that promote personal growth and lasting transformation.

Bryan Dell
Director of Workforce Development
Bryan Dell MAIS, BSW is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University’s Master of Arts in Integrated Studies program (2018). In 2014, he earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Northern Kentucky and in 2012 he earned an Associate of Arts degree from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa, a nationally recognized honors program, and proud to have graduated magna cum laude from both Cincinnati State and Northern Kentucky University.

Robin Jones-Leonard
Clinical Counselor
Robinn M. Jones-Leonard, M.Ed., LPCC, a proud Cincinnati native and product of Cincinnati Public Schools, Robinn M. Jones-Leonard brings more than 30 years of expertise in behavioral health to every role she holds. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University in Athens and went on to complete her Master of Education in Counselor Education, later obtaining her licensure as an independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) through the State of Ohio.

Yvonne Rivera
Behavioral Specialist
Yvonne Rivera, MSW, CDCA, CPRS, CCHW, is a Behavioral Specialist with more than 25 years of experience in the addictions and mental health field. She is committed to helping individuals develop the skills, resilience, and confidence needed to achieve lasting recovery and personal growth. Yvonne specializes in cognitive behavioral interventions, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, life skills development, anger management, and healthy relationship and communication skills.

Rahvae Miles, Jr.
Social Media Liaison
Rahvae Miles, Jr. is a young professional born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. His story is one of perseverance, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to service. His path was anything but conventional — moving through six different elementary schools before finding his footing at St. Bernard-Elmwood Place High School. He later pursued vocational training in carpentry, where he learned that precision, hard work, and dedication are the cornerstones of any meaningful craft — and any meaningful life.

Scott Holzman
Board Advisor
Scott Holzman, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is an operations manager, systems designer, and writer. For over a decade, he has focused on building smooth workflows, managing projects, and helping groups work better together. Recently, Scott completed a tech program with Per Scholas, picking up his CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support certifications to mix his love for human-centered design with solid technical skills.

Brandi Ingram
Board Advisor
Brandi Ingram brings more than 20 years of experience in operations and facilities management, including over 8 years dedicated to social services supporting youth and young adults experiencing homelessness. Her extensive background spans both nonprofit and municipal sectors, combining a passion for service with a strong foundation in operational excellence.

Carl Burdick
Board Advisor
Carl Burdick, PhD, is an academic researcher and educator, and technology generalist. He studied music theory at the University of Cincinnati, presented original research nationally and internationally, and taught a range of undergraduate courses at schools in New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and Kentucky before transitioning into a career in technology. Carl met Joseph in their IT training program in the Spring of 2026 and, impressed with his vision for SWAG, eagerly agreed to assist.
